Job Description : Dental Office Manager/Receptionist River’s End Dental is a fairly new dental office whose passion is to deliver the most remarkable and positive dental experience every visit. Our mission is to change the way people think about dentistry…in a good way. Going above and beyond what people have come to expect from the dentist, we have built it from the ground up to have a modern and cozy environment with tons of amenities to truly WOW our patients. Team members must be proactive and eager to learn but most importantly must share our desire to change people’s lives for the best.About this position:We are interested in considering candidates of varying levels of experience. Previous dental office experience is a plus but we are also happy to train someone who would be a great personality fit and can grow. If you are not a genuinely compassionate people person-do not apply.Responsibilities and Expectations- All “Front Office” duties including but not limited to:Scheduling patients and filling openings in the scheduleManaging daily schedule proactively and coordinating with clinical staff to help keep appointments on timeConfirming appointmentsTracking and scheduling recareGreeting and checking in patientsChecking patients out and collecting paymentsAnswering and returning phone callResponding to text and email communicationsMaintaining front office, waiting room, bathrooms, and amenities and insuring cleanliness throughout the day.Computer skills including but not limited to Excel, Power Point, WordTreatment presentation and patient educationCount and log petty cash, balance depositChart prep for daily huddleMailing statementsHelp organize community outreach and service eventsSocial Media competent*Post insurance to accounts and filing insurance claims*Insurance Preathorizations*Well-versed in Open Dental software*Exceptional customer serviceWhen someone is speaking to you on the phone they can they tell that you are smiling.
