Position : Director of Patient Access / Registration – $55/hour!
Job Description : This is a rare opportunity for a proven leader to join one of the area’s leading hospitals! We are seeking a Director of Patient Access to organize and oversee various aspects of the daily operations including Insurance Verification, Clinical Authorizations, Registrations and Admissions. You will identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency, improve processes, make a significant contribution to the financial stability of the organization and ensure a positive patient experience. This will include Revenue Cycle Management, reviewing data, running and manipulating reports and guiding the direction of each department.This is a full time, day position, working Monday through Friday. Salary is $55/hour.An Associate’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and at least 8 years of work experience in Patient Access and/or Revenue Cycle Operations are required.
