We are hiring a Partner Analytics Director to lead a strong team of data scientists and business intelligence analysts enabling continued partner success with strategic recommendations, decision support, insights, and data.
About the role
We are looking for a technically conversant leader, mentor, and problem-solver. To be successful in this role you will:
Develop and own the Partner Analytics measurement strategy and roadmap for Zillow – bring precision to building a best-in-class 3rd party agent partner network. Set strategic priorities for your team and deliver practical recommendations to your partners.
Be an advocate for our agent partners and help bring partner-centricity into analytics strategies.
Form strong partnerships with your business partners as well as data engineering, business intelligence and data visualization orgs.
Hold a “big picture” view of Zillow Group. Identify emerging trends in real estate tech of which leaders should be aware. Identify ways to use our data to proactively guide big strategic decisions.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $186,300.00 – $297,700.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.

What we are looking for:
An empathetic and conscientious leader with extensive experience providing strategic guidance and analytical support to decision makers and business owners, in both established and new areas
A creative and innovative problem solver and storyteller with data, comfortable with helping partners address difficult business challenges. You can build the bridge between the requirements of the business and the needed insights and analytics to help the business reach their goals
Have consistently prioritized coaching members of your teams and growing leadership on your teams throughout your career
Ideally you have experience in a business involving long, multi-step journeys, with both online and offline elements, including two-sided ecosystems. Experience in the product analytics space is also helpful
Intimately familiar with the tools of data science, possibly including R, Python, SQL, various ETL, Airflow, and Spark.
