Position : Distribution Coordinator II
Job Description : As a Distribution Coordinator, you will perform a variety of support duties in the Strongsville Liquid Warehouse Shipping Office to ensure delivery of finished product to customers in compliance with the requirements defined in the delivery orders and production schedules. You will help enable a safe and productive operation in a fast-paced environment!
Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities
Print pick tickets, packing slips, address labels, and any other pertinent shipping information in an organized fashion
Process BOL’s for internal/external shipments for domestic and international orders
Communicate with Customers, Site Reps, Customer Planning Teams, Production, QC and Transportation via email and over the phone
Support Warehouse Operators by troubleshooting any inventory or shipping/receiving related issues
Review daily backorder reports and work with production, QC, and customer planning teams to ensure timely arrival of finished goods
Participate in monthly Safety meetings and support key EHS initiatives
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired
At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations or supply chain
Experience in Microsoft Office and Oracle
Effective written and oral communications as well as a high attention for detail are essential to be successful in this role
The successful candidate must be flexible with their schedule to support other shifts as needed. Overtime work may occur.
