Job Description : We are looking for a high-achiever District Manager to act as the key link between the director of operations and assigned district’s cafés. You will help the cafés s stay up to date with company policies and you will ensure focus on increasing sales and building productive customers’ relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of district’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between the director of operations and the area’s cafés by making regular visits and interacting with managementBe in charge of operational practices making sure that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimatesCoordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthEnsure that each branch delivers value and excellence to the clientsCultivate and grow a strong team of committed restaurant managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business planEnsure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardised business practicesApply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competitionSkillsProven district management working experienceEntrepreneurial mindset and clear thinkingBusiness development and strategy implementation knowledgeStrong leadership and decision making skillsAbility to sell, manage and drive growthExcellent customer relationship management skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftMonday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
