Role Summary:
To ensure original, high-quality content is created and promoted across all channels for maximum engagement and brand awareness.
Establish cordial relationships with prospects / clients (interviewees, guest authors, event organizers, etc.)
Skills:
Writing (blogs, articles, whitepapers, reports, executive summaries, operating manuals, etc.)
Editing and Proofreading
Business communication
Conducting non-technical training (soft skills, client communication)
Documentation
Conducting research/ survey/ study and quantitative/qualitative analysis of the study
Managing teams and team-building
Planning, organizing and leading
Responsibilities:
Creating engaging content in all formats.
Managing a team of content writers, marketing associates and creative media associates to meet the content needs of the organization.
Assisting other teams in their content requirements, client campaigns, etc.
Communicating with all interview prospects through email and following up with them.
Conducting interview calls and documenting the transcript.
Sending the transcript to interviewees and soliciting their approval for the text.
Publishing interviews and ensuring the respective company page is updated by the CG team with the company’s resources, news and events.
Coordinating with the designer for relevant blog and interview images.
Updating the content and interview playbooks periodically.
Editing and proofreading content on the websites.
Reviewing blogs for error-free content and ensuring cross-links and keywords are used appropriately.
Conducting necessary training sessions for different teams.
Ensuring the newsletters are released featuring the latest interview.
Qualifications:
Should be a post graduate with 12 -15 years of experience in content development, management and marketing.
Experienced in creative writing and writing for publications.
