Job Description : Salary + Benefits (Onsite – Delray Beach)Hello, we are looking for a Data Analyst with both passion and ambition to grow in the industry. You will be responsible for capturing and storing essential data for the company. Moreover, you will be conducting audits on a daily basis. With the audits, you will be constructing and maintaining final reports. Strong experience in Microsoft Excel preferred.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field1+ years of experience in some level of data analysisProficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)Some experience in Tableau and/or business intelligence/reporting dashboards preferredExcellent project management skills to handle a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills to help identify business opportunities and track performanceOutstanding verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management and present to upper management in a concise and professional mannerResponsibilitiesManaging master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.Helping develop reports and analysis.Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.Generating reports from single or multiple systems.Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.Compensation$55,000 – $70,000 per year salary, based on experience level.Standard benefits in accordance with the company benefit plan.Paid Time Off (PTO).EducationBachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related fieldJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Data analysis skills: 1 year (Required)Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
