Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented individuals who would like to become State Tested Nursing Assistants. Entry Level Nurse Aide will act as compassionate caregivers and will provide all residents with the highest quality of care to enhance their quality of life:

Job Responsibilities:
Candidates will learn the following:

Provide high quality daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan and in accordance with facility policies procedures
Assist residents in completing all activities of daily living including ambulating, transferring, bathing, dressing, eating and toileting
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of each resident’s activities of daily living and personal care needs
Participate in scheduled trainings, in-services, and programs to maintain certification and enhance the quality of care provided to all residents
Work directly with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality care to all residents
Provide timely communication to team members to aid in the care and treatment of residents and the development of person-centered care plans
Possess a strong understanding of long-term care federal and state regulations
Other duties as required:

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Prior direct care preferred
Excellent customer service skills required
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to effectively multi-task and remain calm under pressure required
Basic computer skills required
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting, bending, turning and pushing:
