We’re looking for full or part time team members to lead our outdoor events this Spring and Summer, assist our Sales/Orders departments on phones, and assist with counter shifts. If you love outdoor events like Drive-In’s and Food Truck events than we may have the perfect position for you!The Special Events Team Position is a party perfectionist who’s equal parts whip-smart, creative, process-minded, and a mastermind with the details. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the company’s vision by maintaining the highest service quality while consistently representing Trophy at our pop-up’s and special events. Creating the “Trophy Experience” both inside our stores, and in the community is the recipe for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Locations Manager of Trophy Cupcakes and Party, the Special Events Team Position will have the following responsibilities:Consistently deliver the “Trophy Experience” by providing exceptional service to our customers both in person and over the phone.Contribute to a positive, nurturing team environment that upholds the mission and values of Trophy Cupcakes.Learning the quality expectations and flavor profiles of all of our menu items and ensuring that standards are met or ideally exceededBuilding relationships with our customers and your peers, creating a positive and respectful work environmentAbility to proactively identify roadblocks, and problem solve in the momentWorking with the team to keep the shop super organized and sparkling cleanConsistently and proactively look for innovative ways to drive revenueLead the “Trophy Booth” at outdoor eventsMaster both the orders department, and our retail shopsLoad and drive the Trophy van to events and set up/break down our tents and displays independentlyWe would love to see that you have: At least one year experience working catering or food truck events and/or working in a high volume retail.Bakery knowledge – you know and love cake, buttercream and macaronsDemonstrated leadership abilityA flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysDemonstrated commitment to high-standards and an eye for fine detailA people-friendly, team-oriented, and cheerful disposition (good vibes only)Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift on your feetWA food handler’s card (or ability to get one within your first two weeks)CompensationThe total pay package for this position aligns with our commitment to champion financial wellness, security, and professional development for all of our employees.
