Position : Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description : Executive Assistants have more than administrative duties. They also filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls, and communicate on behalf of the executive they support. Other responsibilities include:Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalfMaintaining comprehensive and accurate recordsPerforming minor accounting dutiesOrganizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessaryAnswering phone calls in a polite and professional mannerWelcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate departmentManaging the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive mattersRecording minutesGathering information berfore meetingsFollowing up on issues recorded in minutesAssisting in daily opertions of the organizationJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
