Job Description : Rad Diversified/Tax Auction Investors is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with investors.Manage and organize CEO’s business and personal calendar.Must be able to conduct online research and summarize findings.Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partnersSchedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itinerariesArrange events to take place outside of the work place.MUST be able to occasionally travel within the U.S, typically to the west coastDevelop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and investorsMinimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management or C level executivesAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and Google sheetsStrong project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilitiesExceptional interpersonal skillsFriendly and professional demeanorKnowledgeable of Real Estate, Investments, Construction, Property Management industry is preferredSocial media savvy is preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Tampa, FL 33609: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Executive Assistant: 4 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: One location
