Job Description : We are a small, private, family-oriented optometry practice whose goal is to be the bright spot in every patient’s day! We are looking for a cheerful individual who is good at multi-tasking, communication, and independent problem solving. Computer skills and strong work ethic required.Duties include, but are not limited to:- Answering phone and scheduling appointments.- Patient communication via online texting.- Basic insurance pre-authorization.- Assisting with patient frame selection, dispensing, and repairs.Customer service and computer experience are a must! Will train the right individual in other areas. Prefer resident within 15 minutes of Bryan, Ohio. Vision benefits. Flexible part-time M, Tue, Th, F between the hours of 7:30-5:00, Wednesday 1:00-5:00. Pay is based on education and experience.
