Job Description : Are you a team leader who loves golf and helping people create memorable experiences?Ramblewood Country Club is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the General Manager position in Mount Laurel, NJ.The ideal candidate should have golf course experience as well as food & beverage, sales, operations, and financial management oversight. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can convey the “big picture” and effectively delegate projects, duties, and tasks to division heads. There is nothing more rewarding than leading an amazing group of people to success!If you are interested in learning more than apply today!Responsibility: To manage, direct, and administer the activities of all golf and food & beverage related departments in an effort to maximize customer satisfaction in an efficient and economical way.To implement new ideas and projects, which encourage maximum participation in all club activities.Conduct weekly managers & BEO meetings.Ensure managers conduct regular meeting with their staff.Conduct annual employee evaluations including the use of a performance rating sheet and setting performance objectives.Oversee and maintain the conditions of the golf course and daily maintenance schedule put together with the greens keeper.Create an increased public interest in golf for males and females of all age groups.Participate in any reorganization, development or change in golf course structure.Ensure that members and guests adhere to club policies and/or regulations.Present to RJM an annual operating and capital budget (preliminary due by October 1) and to manage the club’s operations within the approved budget.Recommend policies to strengthen the financial position of the club.Be responsible for the public relations and advertising of the club in a creative, efficient, and economical manner.Maintain cooperation with the community officials and develop a strong awareness with the people of the community.Be current on development in the world of golf and F&B and present the facility as being a leader in positive innovation.Ensure events and outlets are managed in compliance with safety regulations and Federal, State and local regulations.Qualifications: · We are looking for someone who is aggressive and willing to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment· The ideal candidate has 5 years of increasingly responsible positions and is seeking the next challenge in their career· Proven track record of directing and motivating the management team to achieve and exceed goals· Must possess excellent diplomacy and team-building skills· We are searching for a high energy individual who is sales oriented to drive top-line revenues· Candidate must have experience with a golf course and strong F&B backgroundJob Type: Full-timePay: From $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Mount Laurel, NJ 08054: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Country Club Management: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
