Job Description : FULL-TIME – Salary + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonuses!Club Champion is a premium golf club fitting and building company that is growing rapidly and is the #1 player in the industry. We work with customers to fit their golf swing and then custom build every club. We are seeking self-motivated, sales-minded, driven individuals who want to thrive in the golf industry and seek career growth opportunities aligned in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Work one-on-one with the customer to ensure a positive club fitting experienceEnsure each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions and resulting in dramatically improved performanceUse TrackMan launch monitor and SAM PuttLab to analyze each customer’s swingDemonstrate knowledge of all vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and gripsClub-building and repairOversee the sales process from start to finish including closing the customer, submitting the order through Salesforce, communicating with our operations and build teams to ensure product is built accurately and delivered in a timely manner, and following-up with the customer after the saleIncrease store revenue and profitability through a proven processDesired skills and experience: Club fitting experience with launch monitor experience requiredExperience selling custom golf clubs requiredSuccess oriented, engaging personality, and desire to help store reach target revenuePassionate about golf and desire to establish career in the golf equipment industryKnowledgeable about golf equipment including components and brandsOutgoing, coachable, and customer focusedCollege degree preferredWe Offer: Great compensation for the golf industry.
