GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Diamond Baseball Holdings
Main Purpose of Job: Design and conceptualize compelling B2B creative to support revenue growth across DBH’s portfolio.
Reports To: Senior Vice President, Marketing
Hours of Work: As required, Monday to Friday, weekends if and when needed
Contract Type / Length: Permanent

Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) is a subsidiary of Endeavor, the global sports and entertainment company. DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation and investment.
DBH is looking for a forward-thinking and highly skilled Designer. The candidate will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to design and conceptualize compelling B2B creative to support revenue growth across DBH’s portfolio. The qualified candidate should have a sophisticated design sense, innovative ideas, strong presentation skills, great attention to detail and possess a problem-solving mindset. This individual should excel at working both independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. They also must be able to handle a number of projects at once and work well under tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead in development of creative treatment and look for all things MiLB – projects include client or sponsor-specific sales materials, RFP responses, capabilities documents and general sales collateral.
Lead in creative design for graphic representation of content, research and data
Lead in design for all ownership platforms including logo development, creative executions of ideas and visual implementation of concept
Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial Teams that are strategically sound, on-brand and meet the brief.
Lead in all creative needs for pitching new brands
Dedicated resource(s) singularly focused on design and graphic representation for presentations, pitches, and proposals
Ability to translate content into infographics, visualization of concept/platform, mockups of activations, logo design, etc.
Produce engaging sales collateral consisting of original designs, graphic elements, assets and visual treatments.
Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to ensure all briefs are clear, concise and aligned, making sure reasonable timelines are set and output is delivered on time.
Qualifications
8-10 years of industry experience as a Graphic Designer
Excellent grasp of traditional and interactive design, including Presentation Design, Layout, Branding, Typography, Infographics, Logos, Icons, Event Graphics, Print and Digital Collateral.
Demonstrated superior skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Keynote and PowerPoint.
Thorough understanding and interest in the sports, media and the entertainment industry.
Ability to think strategically and creatively and to communicate such thoughts proactively, efficiently and effectively.
Succinct, effective and professional in all forms of communication, from personal to presentation.
Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring the team maintains the highest standards for every project, no matter how large or small.
Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative to drive creative thinking.
An effective leader with strong people management skills.
Ability to collaborate and work both independently and alongside team members.
Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups – solutions orientated.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
