Overview
Avise is hiring a Head of Customer Success to build and lead our Customer Success Team. The CS Team will represent the co-founders’ vision in having deep empathy for our accounting & finance users, finding ways to quickly and efficiently identify, solve, or properly direct our users’ questions and feedback. We are looking for an empathetic, collaborative, scrappy customer success leader.
You will be integral to helping our users scale their organizations successfully, and you will be critical to helping Avise continuously improve on our platform functionality.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the build out of our customer success playbook from the early days in a well funded start-up.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of new processes for customer onboarding, training, implementation, account management, communications.
Meet or exceed performance expectations based on key performance indicators like customer experience, renewals, retention.
Represent the voice of the customer by providing product and customer experience feedback along with recommended enhancements.
Engage with our partners and business leaders across the organization to ensure customer requests are resolved efficiently and effectively while addressing the customers’ short-term & long-term needs.
Grow and manage a team of customer success managers
Own customer support cases and triage accordingly.
Identify, resolve, and/or escalate risks that may impact the business.
Required Experience/Skills
8+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong writing skills. An expert communicator in both small-talk & high-pressure moments.
Excellent time-management skills. Takes the lead on projects while juggling other tasks.
Must thrive in dynamic environments. Driven to grow and take on new responsibilities.
True team player. Open to accepting feedback to ensure the team’s success.
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
