Job Description : Insight Global is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join an intel client of ours in Quantico, VA. The candidate can work remotely 2-3 days per week. We have interview times set aside with the hiring team and are looking to hire immediately.The candidate will be responsible for help desk support to include: in-depth analysis of the issue, including documenting how to recreate an issue, attempting to fix the issue using existing resolutions escalating requests; and tracking request status and providing routine progress updates to the customer and following up with resolution of the ticket for completeness/quality and customer satisfaction. This position also required elevated account permissions and is responsible for properly documenting all of the actions taken before elevating the issue to the Software Development staff.Requirements:-2+ years of Help Desk Experience-Proficiency with Active Directory, and ticketing systems-Active Top Secret Clearance-Ability to commute to Quantico, VAJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Quantico, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Help desk: 2 years (Required)Security clearance:Top Secret (Required)Work Location: One location
