We aspire everyday to do quality work for our clients and help our talent work at some of the most amazing companies.Title: HR Assistant Duration: 5 Months Contract Location: 44 South Broadway Suite 1300 White Plains New York USA 10601Rate: $22/hr on W2Seeking Temporary Compensation Analysts (LTI Data Cleaners) to join the Global Data Services practice located in our White Plains, NY office.Hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. (Overtime may be required.) Workers MUST start on May 2nd for training purposes.Interview format: 1) 1 hour Video interview [with 4 managers, 2 per 30 minutes each)Performance Objectives: Review long-term incentive compensation plan data collected in compensation surveysRead company proxy statements and plan documents describing company’s long-term incentive plans (e.g., stock options)Review data submitted to the survey for accuracy and completenessCommunicate with clients via telephone or e-mail to resolve discrepancies/issues with the dataEnter/update data in proprietary databaseTraining will be providedThe RequirementsThe qualified candidate will have a strong background in consulting or corporate HR, and/or compensation related work (education and related experience is acceptable)Strong skills in mathematics, Long Term Incentive (LTI) data analysis, or Proxy work is a plusMust be detail orientated and have strong PC expertise utilizing a databaseCandidates will be expected to make a commitment to the full cycle of the assignmentJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $22.00 – $26.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:White Plains, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
