Job Description : Role
The HR Coordinator drives our mission by providing support to the Engineering HR team and Tesla employees. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy. This is a hands-on, tactical role in which the ideal candidate is customer centric and solutions oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
ResponsibilitiesBe the front line for our employees and answer questions and concerns about HR policies, processes and benefitsProvide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions and reportingPartner with HR Partners, centers of excellence and other cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and resolve people issues in a timely and effective mannerIdentify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HR team to develop and implement lasting solutionsProvide administrative support to HR team on events, projects and programs
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-pace environmentDependable team player with excellent customer service and communication skillsExperience with handling confidential informationAbility to build trust and rapport quicklyAbility to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs
