Description and Requirements
Role
Reviews source materials and seek clarifications from the change management leads
Creates all the training deliverables per the approved design documents – simulations using the tool identified for the project, job aids, storyboards for instructor-led and web-based courses, and instructor guides & participant guides
Creates the above listed deliverables based on inputs received from the source material and SMEs
Applies appropriate instructional design standards to content
Reviews for content accuracy, level of detail, and compliance with standards
Incorporates SME feedback as documented in the course feedback log
