Job Description : Janitor ManagerBilingual JanitoriTri-County Maintenance and Cleaning is a professional commercial cleaning company providing services to movie theatre chains and other venues across the United States. We are seeking a Bilingual Regional Janitorial Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers through proper management and training nightly janitorial crews how to properly clean with timely responses and resolutions for customer complaints/issues. 3-5 years of experience in commercial cleaning.Responsibilities:· Recruit, train, and supervise crew supervisors and members to meet Tri-County and Client standards. Ensure all jobs are properly staffed and trained.· Determine the proper course of action to resolve issues/complaints. Follow-up to ensure satisfaction.· Communicate with crews as well as customer management weekly.· Create cleaning routine and schedules for crews to complete all tasks for each facility within budget.· Field calls, emails, and communication from crews, customers, and management.· Must perform on-site visits with customer management regularly.· Must maintain weekly reports to management regarding each location in region.· Maintain contact information for each location within region.· MUST be willing to clean and instruct proper methods of cleaning.Will fill in where there are gaps in workforce. Will be cleaning on a regular basis.Must be able to reply to emails in a professional matter· Solicit and secure new accounts.Territory size will require extensive local and overnight travel (50%+). Overseeing work performed during night shifts, as well as communicating with the office during the day is required. Due to the nature of the position and workforce, the ability to speak both Spanish and English is REQUIRED.Qualifications:· Supervisory experience in janitorial services and/or facility management preferred.· Bilingual in English and Spanish.· Good written and verbal communication· Reliable transportation· Must be willing to travel extensively nationwide· Criminal Background CheckTri-County offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and paid vacation days.
