Job Description : Role:
Design/Redesign existing templates to report MIS according to the business need.
Bring more analytical views for any MIS reporting.
Clear and Sound knowledge in MS Excel including creating macros/templates.
Responsibility:
Responsible for effective reporting of staff production performance
Responsible for Inventory Reporting to management.
Responsible for Hiring/Attrition/Shrinkage analysis and reporting to Management.
Responsible for doing daily/weekly system based reporting on SLA or any other similar requirement.
Responsible for ensuring 100% data accuracy and no rework.
We are looking for WFM expert with 2-5+ years’ experience and sound knowledge of BFSI/Healthcare/Back Office Staffing / Inventory / System performance reporting to Operations/Management.
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Commerce.
Highly Proficient in advanced MS Excel
Analytical and logical thinker
Excellent Communication Skills
Required Experience is Expert knowledge of BFSI/Healthcare/Back Office Staffing fundamentals with a key focus on resource Optimization
Thorough knowledge in reporting staff performance, system performance, inventory reporting, attendance reporting, attrition analytics etc.
