We are looking for a team player who enjoys researching and troubleshooting with an innovative and self-sufficient outlook.This is a full-time position located in your choice of New York, Lehi, or Omaha.You Will: Perform data analysis, operational, and project management tasks to support scaling and developing the LiveAuctioneers payments offeringInvestigate payment and reporting issues, identify bugs, and support clients through the resolution processUndertake operational risk management duties, primarily focusing on KYB, KYC, payments fraudEnsure key security and risk objectives are met by effective management of company and third-party risk toolsConduct in-depth data analysis, validation, and investigation to improve product offering; responding to and challenging potential chargeback transactions, reporting and tracking dispute resolutionYou Have: A strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and researchingThe personal energy to proactively address situations and adopt a positive approach; resilience in front of change and obstaclesThe ability to multi-task and self-prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a timely mannerExcellent communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and interact at all levels of the businessAn understanding of the unique qualities to work in a small independent team with the ability to make on the spot decisions would be desiredKnowledge of payment processing operations, preferredExperience with chargeback management and/or fraud prevention, preferredA Bachelor’s Degree, preferredLiveAuctioneers is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
