Seeking “hands-on” Manufacturing Manager to lead our production and supply chain teams. Desired candidate will be able to establish cross-functional partnerships to achieve company goals while fostering an environment of mutual respect, honesty, integrity, passion and dedication.About the Job: Effectively plan, communicate, manage and support all production and warehousing over three shift operation to drive safe, profitable and sustainable growth.Initiate plans and processes to minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of resources.Monitor production and uptime.
