Position : Marketing Communications Manager
Job Description : The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. The incumbent will promote the creation, enhancement and development of programs to promote The Carlin Collaborative(TCC) and its services. Some marketing goals will include maintaining the brand integrity of TCC and strategically positioning the company as a trusted source for knowledge while establishing the company’s status as an industry leader. The Marketing and Communications Manager will also oversee the launch and managing of new products, services, and associated brands to meet profitability goals and targets.Candidate must have excellent skills in communication, teamwork, self-motivated, adaptability, analytical thinking, decision making, planning and organizing, problem solving ,negotiation, networking and relationship building, initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs, including social media marketing, conventions, workshops, advertisements, sales tools and other initiatives.Responsibilities: Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives. Creating structure and organization to business goals.Maximize brand value through the development/research of new business development opportunities.Organize Business pursuits, proposals, and presentationsManage and organize Marketing internal/external events. Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of all online communication vehicles.Develop and execute an annual strategic marketing (online and offline) and communications plan for TCC.Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered. Research appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals.Analyze potential new products/media to enhance the marketing/communications work of TCC.Develop, manage, and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication vehicles. Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.Provide strategic leadership and set the yearly agenda to TCC Owner and actively manage activities to accomplish goal.Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management (online and offline).Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.Other duties as assignedRequirements: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field.5 years of direct work experience in a marketing/ communication management capacity.Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.Demonstrated proficiency in marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience publishing marketing material both in print and webmedia.Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements preferred.Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
