The marketing director will be responsible for the following:ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the our company, our neighborhoods, and our workSocial Media Management including content creation, budgeting, scheduling, strategy, and reportingBuild HYPE for our neighborhoods and events through word of mouth, getting articles and news stories placed on a monthly basis, and social media strategiesSupervise all aspects of our social media, print marketing, and PR activitiesProduce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficientlyMonitor progress and submit performance reports weeklyConduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movementsControl budgets and allocate resources amongst projectsBecome the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships with other businesses and brandsSkillsProven experience as Marketing DirectorExcellent leadership and organizing skillsAnalytical and creative thinkingExquisite communication and interpersonal skillsUp to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practicesAdobe Suite experience is preferredPhoto/Video experience preferredBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offMatching 401kJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:relevant: 1 year (Preferred)Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
