Job Description : Looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Olympia clinic, at our busy multi location Allergy Practice. Good customer service skills a must! Duties include but are not limited to: Processing patients, Entering patients into our EMR, Verifying Insurance, Scheduling patients, Answering phones, Checking Faxes and Labs. Experience with EPIC a plus! Must have basic understanding of EMR software and good typing skills. Must be on time and committed to good attendance. Must be able to travel to any of our five locations if necessary. (Lakewood, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Olympia, Silverdale)Full time position Monday through Thursday.Compensation package includes a competitive wage and generous paid time off.
