Job Description : Schumacher Auto Group is currently seeking an experienced title clerk to join our team.Responsibilities to include:Reviewing titles for accuracy and completeness VIN, mileage and lein releases.Proper titling of new, used and wholesale sales for the dealership.Ensure retail transactions are processed in a timely fashion.Process and submit all legal documents to DMV.Verify state specific sales taxs collected.Contact banks to obtain lein releases.Prepare tax and title documentation for out of state transactions.Prepare contract packages to banks.Provide additional administrative support.Knowledge of out of state titles, Tri Vin and Dealertrack a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
