Job Description : Harmonic Series is a looking for a new member of our administrative team. We are a small custom audio, video, and automation company in Fort Collins with distinctive clientele that expect the best service. You will be involved in many aspects of the business such as A/R, A/P, HR, client requests, scheduling, and assisting with bookkeeping other administrative tasks. In a small company we all wear multiple hats so flexibility is important. In short, many aspects that contribute to a seamless client experience will depend on you and will require commitment to the reputation and integrity of Harmonic Series.We are a tight knit company that looks out for our own and always looks to do the right thing for our clients. We work hard and have a lot of laughs in the process.
