The Role Responsibilities
Processes
Should have basic knowledge about the Investment products
Should have general understanding of the Global Investment Operations processing
Should have experience in financial transaction processing System.
Should have excellent knowledge on MS Excel
Processing and gives attention to assigned task in accordance with the established standards and deadlines.
To escalate exceptions to the manager
Upholding the values of the Group and the Company at all times
Comply with all applicable rules / regulations of the company and group policies and adherence to the organisation’s code of conduct.
Acceptance to new ideas and procedures by remaining flexible and a good team player.
Handles assigned work load with accuracy and responsibilities to meet SLA
Adherence to the organization’s Code of Conduct.
Ensure timely completion of all MIS, self assurance checks and all relevant regulatory and group returns
To identify and report all exceptions on non compliance with standard controls
To identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controls
Should be able to provide process improvement plans
Should be willing to work in flexible days/ working hours/ location as required by the business function
