About the Role
We are expanding our team to help meet the demand of our customers. We are looking for a new Operations Associate to bring the analytic and operational firepower to our market operations teams. Operations associates are responsible for creating scalable operational processes, understanding tradeoffs of various market growth, user activation and fulfillment models and much more. They use data and analytics to ensure our geographic markets have quality clinicians in the right geographies to meet the demands of that market – and help the organization develop the right tools and processes to serve our customers and fill their staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include improving efficiency, performance, productivity, and profitability to help scale our markets. Responsibilities
Monitor the company’s operations and analyze metrics, such as cost-effectiveness, time, correctness, and so on
Review and optimize existing operational software systems, processes and best practices
Document and constantly improve repeatable processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and as the strategic leader in the market
Recommend solutions for process improvements and workflow automation
Oversee the compliance of operations with specifications and quality requirements
Work to support the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
Analyze data and use it to improve performance
Conduct quality controls and monitor production KPI’s Interact with clients and personnel to retrieve the feedback
Requirements
2+ years’ experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use CRMs and other Automated Software Systems
Ability to self-prioritize and drive results
Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
