Job Description : Maui Paradise Properties is currently seeking an Owner Relations Assistant to join our team.Duties and Responsibilities: Assist managers by developing a growing relationship with the properties ownersEffectively gather information from our guest service and field teams and communicate that information to our owners.Works with Owner/ Guest Service Managers on a personal level to resolve problems or complaintsHandles special requests and unusual circumstances with compassion and understanding to improve overall owner and guest satisfactionSupport your Managers with homeowner concerns by responding to emails and callsConduct regular inspections before owner arrivals.Assist Manager when new units join the portfolioProvide cross-coverage for your Manager when necessaryQualifications: Technical computer skills requiredA great communicator, self-starter, go-getter, and think outside the boxAble to work in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentHighly responsive and reliableDetailed and organizedFlexibility days, nights, weekends, rotating holidays and rotating on-call shifts.Maintains the highest level of customer service possibleHigh school diplomaExperience in hospitality and customer service is a plusApply: Please submit a cover letter and resume.
