Job Description : Job descriptionCourier/Delivery DriverFlow Health improves patient outcomes through the promise of data and artificial intelligence. We combine a clinical laboratory, an anatomic pathology group and self-learning software to make healthcare proactive and personalized.About the Role:We are looking for two full-time Courier/Delivery Drivers in the Miami area with 1-2 years of local driving experience to play a key role in our expanding operation. Each driver will use a company-provided car to pick up samples at various client testing locations and deliver them to our laboratory. Punctuality, reliability and professionalism are key attributes we are looking for.Responsibilities:Partner with the Lab, Clients, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and smooth receipt and delivery of samplesNavigate the Miami area to pick up samples at multiple locations and return them to the labWork with the Field Operations Supervisor to plan optimal routes to make pickups at each location within the designated pickup windowsDepending on locations and client facility hours, drivers may work 10 or 12 hour shifts 3-4 days of the week. Routes and schedules are TBD.Display the highest level of professionalism when meeting with clients and sample collectors to pick up samplesMust be able to sit for several hours at a time driving to different locationsAs needed, deliver supplies and equipment from the laboratory to locations in the Miami areaClock in and out of the time management system via website or lab-based check-in kioskMust have an active drivers license and good driving record – DMV background check is requiredEvening and weekend work may be required in some instancesOther duties, per manager’s request, according to business needsMust be able to pass a drug screen and a background check before you can be employedEducation and Experience1-2 years as a courier driver or experienceMust have valid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust be good with driving directions/using GPSMust be organized and be able to prioritize tasks/deliveriesMust be reliable and available for a flexible schedule, possibly including nights and weekendsMust have strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.Benefits include:Competitive SalaryJob Type: Part-Time or Full-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourJob Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Miami, FL 33137: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: One location
