Our vision is to build a great, truly dynamic company that makes a fair profit, has a heart for its employees and is dedicated to total customer satisfaction.To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for an experienced “Parts Room Coordinator”.Functional Responsibilities: · Parts Management. Knowledge of principles and practices of inventory management, basic mathematics and statistics, modern office procedures, methods and computer software used in inventory control operation.· Securement of Parts. Fills parts orders, maintains stocking levels, invoices, receipts, and track parts inventory and supplies, retrieves and distributes parts and supplies to maintenance and operations personnel. Arranges delivery of expedited parts.· Daily Operation. Organize, implement and prioritize work activities, analyze problems, provide reports to Division Manager, observe safety procedures and maintain professional part room appearance.· Cost Control. Manages fleet costing by utilizing price comparison methods, builds vendor relationships, helps decrease turnaround time, prepares weekly and monthly inventory reports to control inventory levels.General Responsibilities: · Interface with Administration.
