About the Role:
This role proactively works with the Payments & Fraud Manager to drive customer experiences that exceed customer expectations and achieve business goals. The primary function of this position is to detect fraudulent or suspicious player activity through different aspects of regulated online gaming such as withdrawals, deposits, gameplay, and various other factors. The Payments & Fraud Analyst must follow policies, procedures, and regulations across multiple jurisdictions and properly report any fraud or suspicious activity accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Detect unauthorized accesses on our Fubo Gaming platform and safeguard controls around the network
Utilize internal data and reporting tools to detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
Gather risk-related data from external resources
Conduct KYC verification and authenticate documents
Perform initial account investigations and prepare fraud reports to be escalated to the proper departments
Assist in collecting data and using that data to help resolve chargeback and/or player complaints
Be part of a team that can collaborate in real time via emails, phone, group chats, or shared documents
Assist the Payments & Fraud Manager with any daily/weekly/monthly reporting
Work closely with our Customer Care team to help resolve any player inquiries or issues regarding payments or reports of suspected fraud
Skill Required:
Experience working within Online Gaming industry is preferred
Proficient in MS Office Tools and MS Excel in particular
Experience in help desk software such as ZenDesk
Knowledge and experience of AML/KYC/SOF especially in the US market
Experience working with remote locations and multicultural environment
Strong analytic capabilities
