For more information, visit: www.agilysys.com.*Your duties will include: *Create dashboards and reports in Business Intelligence tool and use of data analytics & SQL as needed.Prepare ad hoc reports and special projects as needed. Running data queries and refreshing data repositories.Assists in staffing of professional services projects, resolve staffing conflicts, and ensure all project schedules are met in a valid timeframe without impact to revenue goals.Work closely with other internal departments to identify service improvements by reviewing the current process, gathering requirements, and training on new process and update on internal processes.Work with the team on the project management tool to create projects, audit, and support revenue recognition process.Requirements for success: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or Accounting or related discipline.1+ years of related management experience within the software industry and exposure to SDLC, Agile methodologies and implementation process is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.Good oral and written communication skills with varied stakeholders (e.g., business, technical, executive).Team player who thrives on working collaboratively and skilled at influencing without authority.Quick Learner detail oriented; highly organized and thorough.Keen sense of time management adept at managing competing priorities and master of multi-tasking in a changing business environment.Avid problem solver with proven ability to make timely decisions while dealing with ambiguity.Expert level experience with MS Project, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the company, from sales reps to executive management.Job Type: Full-time
