We are on a mission to simplify mental health care access through technology from start to finish, for all, wherever you are.MindDemand is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join our growing team in providing outpatient psychiatric care both in-person (Rockwall office location) and via telehealth. We specialize in adult, adolescent, and child psychiatry.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Practice Manager is a visionary leader who will contribute ideas, cross-train staff, help with the vision and operational strategy, and create and implement processes.Work alongside the head psychiatrist and founder as the lead manager for the practice’s day-to-day operations.Complete oversight over daily operations, ensuring patient satisfaction is a top priority.Oversee all employees, including front/back-office staff and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, ensuring daily patient care runs smoothly.Manage the entire clinic revenue cycle process front to backServe as the point of contact for all patient concerns and complaints.Organize and lead meetings related to practice performance and operational changes to increase quality and efficiency.Provide monthly reporting with recommendations and action plans, including interpreting financial reports/data to manage the practice effectively.Be the eyes and ears on the ground of all operations providing a 360 view on obstacles and opportunities.Tech-savvy and values the use of technology in healthcare today and the future.REQUIREMENTSExperience: Must have five years of experience in a healthcare managerial roleEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferredTechnologically savvyBehavioral health experience preferred (bonus, not required)Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Rockwall, TX 75087: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Healthcare management: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
