Job Description : Plymouth Preschool seeks an experienced, nurturing and inspiring head of school who has a passion for education and proven experience in a leadership position at an early childhood institution. A beloved fixture in the preschool community, Plymouth Preschool focuses on a play-based curriculum that fosters a love for learning. The next head of school will continue this tradition, while leading and overseeing all aspects of the school, and promoting a positive working relationship between the church, school board and the families of Plymouth Church and Preschool. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong communication and managerial skills, and work to inspire the faculty through effective professional development. A qualified candidate should have a minimum of five years working in an NAEYC accredited program, along with an Advanced Level Florida Early Childhood Director’s Credential. Experience in the NAEYC accreditation process is a plus. The anticipated start date for the position is on or before June 1st.
