Position : Procurement &Contracts Specialist
Job Description : Clinical Contracts Manager needed to review and negotiate a high volume of clinical study contracts and documents. In this position you will mange a clinical contracts portfolio from the initial inception from industry sponsors, federal, state, corporate and private foundations, that include independent review, negotiating significant and unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws. This position involves working with Global partners, faculty, and staff and General Counsel during the contracting process. You will also resource and research vendors as providers. You must be comfortable dealing with people in a direct honest manner adhering to all policies and procedures. You will be calculating figures and amounts as well as discounts. You must have a basic understanding of algebra and statistical analysis. You will be setting up the budgets for the contracts and maintaining those budgets. This Clinical Contracts Manager must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have excellent administrative as well as financial skills. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred as well as three plus years of contracts, legal, and clinical trails experience.
