Job Description : Our medical device technologies firm in San Jose, CA is looking for a Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA or Remote (preference to local candidates)
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Pay terms: up to $ 73/hr. by W-2
Job Summary:
Will be supporting the supply chain team with projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing inventory levels for EUMDR parts
Supporting weekly supply chain data asks (pulling data from ERP, organizing data, cleaning it) .
EUMDR data storage enhancement projects using Power BI and Excel .
Attending weekly EUMDR program meetings and supporting supply chain team in these forums .
Working with cross-functional EUMDR partners when necessary on project support.
Leads project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of internal supply chain initiatives relative to EUMDR & UKCA initiatives.
Monitors project status through interfacing with internal customers or department personnel and presenting project status in internal forums.
Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings.
Tracks and communicates progress towards project budget.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient using excel and advanced excel functions.
Experience managing data for supply chain/inventory teams is a plus.
Experience building Power BI reports/dashboards is a plus.
Experience using Oracle ERP is a plus
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
The job requires professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, to supplement formal knowledge, in order to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arrive.
The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 or more years experience.
