These duties include some of the following: stuffing mailers, mailing collection letters, forwarding account ledgers to attorney offices, operating the postage machine, charging back reimbursable expenses, create spreadsheets, format word documents, draft and proofread homeowner correspondence, assist community managers with processing violations, etc as directed by community managers, accounting staff or other staff membersScanning/FilingOpen, stamp and file association payablesLook-up account information and code incoming paymentsQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 2 years front desk/administrative experienceExcellent computer skillsAble to pass a background check and drug screeningVerifiable referencesJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Social distancing guidelines in place, virtual meetings, sanitizing disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Front Desk/Administrative: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
