The Receptionist will be responsible for day-to-day administrative activities. Support will include, but not limited to clerical support, calendar management, travel support and event coordination, in additional to providing miscellaneous reports for the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet internal and external company guests and escort them to the appropriate meeting area or office.
Create and manage expense reports on a timely basis .
Maintain calendar and contacts database in Outlook .
Receive incoming calls and direct appropriately .
Prepare and mail or receive correspondence .
Verify and process departmental invoices in timely manner .
Document meeting notes as requested .
Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally.
Receiving and maintaining Excel data bases with sales and business information.
Researchi ng and assembling industry data.
Preparing business correspondence .
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
Other duties, as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Adept at meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
Highly dependable and trustworthy
