We are a dynamic, growing team full of motivated, professional, funny people who are building a great company and shaking up an industry.“Why TalenTrust with Madison Petrock”What you’ll be doing:Facilitate client and/or position kick-off calls, ensuring strong understanding of the client’s needsContribute to development of a recruitment strategy for each position, in collaboration with Sourcing Specialist, as applicableDevelop candidate pipelines via strategic job postings and passive candidate sourcing, in collaboration with Sourcing Specialist, as applicableResearch the client and industry to identify trends, news, and information that will lead to greater resultsInterview candidates in accordance with TalenTrust interview processAdminister candidate assessmentsDocument all critical information in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System)Facilitate candidate interviews with the client, including scheduling and logistics as neededConduct candidate and client post-interview debriefs to collect feedback and calibrate search strategy ongoingWhat you’ll need to succeed:2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience documenting recruitment process within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – We use iCIMS, but we can teach you that; any ATS experience will do!Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, WordProblem Solving – Quickly identify obstacles/challenges, and develop a strategy to overcome themAbility to thrive in a virtual office – Work well independently, flexible hours as neededWhy yes, we do have great benefits!100% remote opportunity – you can work from anywhereCompetitive compensation of $65-$70k+Bonus & commission earning opportunities on top of salaryUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)Office budget – we want to ensure you’re set up for success!Full suite of benefits – health, dental, and vision; short & long-term disability coverageTalenTrust and our partners are Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employers and welcome all qualified applicants.
