Job Description : M. L. Caccamise Electric Corp. is a commercial/industrial electrical contracting company, serving the Heavy Highway electrical industry, including highway lighting and traffic signal construction needs since 1978, headquartered in Rochester, New York.ROAD WORK/GENERAL LABORERFemales and minorities are encouraged to apply.Operate a variety of hand tools and walk-behind equipment & machinery.Assist in loading/unloading of trucks.Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.Digs holes or trenches for foundations, posts, poles, or related items.Maintain and clean tools, equipment, or materials to ensure items are in usable condition.Maintain vehicle log, inspection forms, maintenance record and daily driver reports.Must keep trucks and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Willingness to work in a team environment and assist with other duties as required.Performs cleanup operations as necessary.Performs other duties as determined and required by project need.Skills/Qualifications:Possess a clean, valid NYS driver’s licenseHave or can obtain a Class B or A CDL licenseOSHA 10-hour safety training a plus.Benefits:Highly competitive pay rates (NYS prevailing wage rates)Medical, dental, vision and disability insurance benefitsCompany-paid life insuranceGroup 401K planPaid vacation and holidaysComprehensive training and safety programsSmall business with a family-oriented work culture that values the safety and development of its employeesM.
