Summary/Objective
We are looking for a driven Social Media and Content Manager to manage our brand and local social media efforts including strategy, campaign and content creation, and organic/boosted social advertising, create and report monthly on KPI’s, provide social media training to franchisees and the corporate team, oversee our “On your Behalf (OYB) programs, and evaluate and manager vendors.

Essential Functions
The right candidate will show the ability to:
Create and execute brand and local organic social media strategy and manage all things related to brand and local programs
Create brand content in collaboration with the communications and creative teams managing and maintaining the brand voice across all social channels
Develop and manage the content calendar
Manage monthly social media budget
Manage executive’s social media accounts
Provide training to FASTSIGNS team on social media best practices
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
Create and report on monthly KPI’s including brand, OYB, and competitive reports
Manage social media vendors to get the most out of our relationships including testing new services, staying up to date on social media industry information, reporting, etc.
Create, update and maintain a library of social ads for local center use
Support and educate franchisees and internal team members on paid social media including managing the content, training and resources on company intranet
Identify and stay up-to-date with social media trends
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate actions needed to help a franchise manage reputation
Identify key influencers and encourage franchisees to build relationships with influencers
Provide general brand social media support and education to marketing team members, as well as other corporate departments
Pitch social-first story and video ideas with viral potential
Oversee and develop one direct report (Social Media Coordinator)
Key Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Confident oral communicator and presenter
Competent writer who can strategize, create, and design content and campaigns
Clear understanding of all social media platforms
Ability to analyze metrics and turn insights into impactful changes
Ability to listen and to respond to people in a calm, thoughtful and professional manner
Expert understanding of social media management platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to manage time in an efficient and productive manner
Proficient in GSuite programs
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in and/or managing social media programs for companies
Marketing/Advertising or related experience is a plus, as is working with franchisees or dealer networks
Business to Business experience is a plus
Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Adequate knowledge of SEO
Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and strong organizational abilities
Fluency in English
Travel
Travel is required primarily to attend annual conventions and/or sales summit events. Travel may also be required for special projects, offsite meetings, and continued educational opportunities.
