Job Description : Heaton Dainard Real Estate and Project.RE, a real estate brokerage and educational company is hiring a new content manger. The managing partner James Dainard is a full-time real estate investor and educator who creates investing content to show case their projects and to create content to better inform the public about real estate investing. James speaks at conferences, podcasts, and is regularly featured on Bigger Pockets. This role will work be working closely with James in maintaining, improving, and being the social media voice for the business and personal brands.Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Manage postings for all social media platforms.· Schedule and calendar posts for month.· Booking podcasts for Managing Partner· Schedule videographers· Hire and manage editing process.· Light videography.· Editing.· Content creation.· Work with internal marketing team for email marketing.· Coordinate speaking events· Real estate educational content creation.· Working with Real Estate team to create real estate content.CompetenciesHighly detailed with strong organizational skillsStrong computer, email, scheduling, typing, presentations, and mobile technology skillsStrong writer.Editing copiabilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, InDesign or other video editing software.Ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal directionAbility to work in an ambiguous environment; self-motivatedSocial Medias For Reference:IG: JDainflipsIG: Heaton DainardYoutube: ProjectRE James DainardSalary Range: $50k-$70k per year depending on experience and expertise.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
