Position Summary
Role is to manage internal design solutions for Marketing, Sales and E-Commerce using current design programs. As a creative thinker, you will be able to add value to the design process, print production and digital shelf. Role requires a collaborative, agile can-do attitude and flexible approach.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide design expertise to the Sales and Marketing team in creation of branded brochures, coupons and in-store point of sale
Manage Product Spec Guides for NUSA brands, collaborating with Brands and Sales to update content
Responsible for print production and delivering appropriate files and approvals of printer’s proofs
Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity
Work with external agency partners on file requests from Marketing
Manage POS files to content Hub
Create primary and secondary images for carousels on the digital shelf
Build below-fold content on product display pages (PDPs) on eRetailer sites
Collaborate with Content Communication, Marketing and Sales team with ad hoc projects
Proactively identifying areas for process and performance improvements, embraces the idea of trying new management tools
Qualifications required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design
Self-starting individual with proven ability to take ownership for results and driving change
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Familiarity with PC
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
Accountable to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication (verbal & written) strong interpersonal and team facilitation skills are required
Portfolio required
