Job Description : Job Description:”Work Scope: – Provide a service to entitle and route technical support inquiries to Commercial Technical Support for customers.In broad terms, the role of the Customer Service Technical Router is to serve as a customer connection asset that: -Provides top level customer service to Microsoft clients Technical Support entitlement, case creation and case routing.Increases customer confidence and trust in Microsoft and positively affects satisfaction as well as purchase behaviour.Builds emotional connections through Microsoft branded customer experience.Strengthens Microsoft’s operational capabilities to deliver superior customer and partner experiences.Delivers a consistent and predictable customer experience.Adds value to all Microsoft businesses by communicating the “voice of the customer” and translating it into business intelligence for Microsoft in an effective and timely manner.Qualifications and Education Requirements: -Business Experience:0-3 years’ experience as CSR Technical Representative or Support ServicesCertification requirements if applicable:Preferred, but not required, MCP or MCTS Certified in at least one of the current supported Microsoft Operating Systems according to the product Life CycleEducation:Preferred, but not required, students of computer science or related area with some experience in systems development, network operations, software support or I.T. with Microsoft Desktop and Server products in Enterprise environment.”Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bellevue, WA 98008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
