Join a powerful group of dedicated professionals who are deeply committed to fighting for reproductive rights and care no matter what.Join the Planned Parenthood Human Resources Team!Planned Parenthood of Southwest & Central Florida is looking for the right candidate to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our affiliate.The candidate must live within the following regions; Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando or Naples and willing to commute to our Sarasota office (If from another region) 1-2 days a week. Must demonstrate understanding of, and have a strong personal commitment to, reproductive rights, goals, and PPSWCF’s principles and philosophies.PPSWCF is committed to an anti-racist culture and believe that the way to create a culture of solidarity, our efforts need to be embedded and embraced by all staff similar to our workplace values and service standards.JOB SUMMARY: The recruiter will play an active role in formulating methods to improve recruitment and staffing strategies to attract inclusive and diverse talent for the organization.Duties/Responsibilities: Source candidates by using databases and job boards such as Indeed and social media sites. (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.)Collaborates with HR Generalist and department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors.Collaborates with HR Generalist on New Employee Orientation efforts, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering.Ensures that all new hire paperwork is complete and processed correctly including i.e., I-9’s and identification, W-4’s, background check records and drug screening test, among others.Collaborates with the HR Generalist and hiring manager during the offer process, identifying, and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.Create individual digital personnel files.Assist with planning and execution of special events, such as benefit open enrollment, affiliate wide trainings and employee recognition events.Assist with maintaining the ADP HR database data entry and maintenance.Provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department, including but not limited to: digital recordkeeping, compiling and generating reports, and special projects.Responsible for maintaining and upholding the confidentiality of all Human.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Preferences: Education: AA Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Equipment/Machine use: Exceptional computer skills required, including the ability to multitask and navigate multiple programs and computer windows. High speed internet access at home.Workspace: Quiet, noise-free home office space that is free of distractions.Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
