This position is perfect for a motivated individual looking to fast track his or her career.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the information technology fieldMaintains a polished, professional appearance and attitude to greet clients in person and on the telephoneProactively, clearly, and purposefully communicates with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress is being made on all activities and tasksConsistently demonstrates the ability to rapidly acquire new skills and the desire to master new subject mattersExhibits exceptional organizational skillsDiagnoses, manages, resolves, and documents functional and technical issues of varying complexityAccesses all available resources including web sites, wikis, project artifacts, documentation, software release notes, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions to aid in problem solvingEvaluates documented resolutions and analyzes trends for ways to prevent future problemsParticipates in requirements gathering and solutioning sessionsAssists with defining, writing, and executing test plansDevelops training materials and delivers end user trainingPlans, develops, deploys, documents, and supports a variety of technology-based solutionsIdentifies gaps and resolves issues using supportable and repeatable methodologiesManages and prioritizes support requests.
